Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies are mentioned along with package details. In case, the policies are missing on package details’ page the following terms will apply.

Cancellation

  • If cancellations are made after you receive the booking confirmation, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Confirmed bookings are non-transferable
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund

  • When courier will be received to the customer if in case that product(courier item) is damaged.  Refund will be 100%
    Condition applied: Please make a full video while opening the packet and send it to us while returning.

          Please open the product carefully. 

  • In case we fail to confirm your booking after receiving your payment, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

 

Refund Time

When does Partyz Planner refund a Transaction once it is initiated?

Partyz Planner will initiate the refund on the next working day from the day of confirming non-availability of the venue. It will take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect on the original model used to pay.

How long will the refund take to reflect in your bank account?

It will take 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in the original mode of payment. In case you do not receive funds, you can send an email to info@partyzplanner.com
